By selecting premium casks of single malt Scotch, ageing them in Pedro Ximinez Sherry casks to then be finished in Champagne Barriques we have created four Premium, classic Speyside Single Malts.

THE CASKS

PEDRO XIMENEZ CASKS
Maturing whisky in Pedro Ximenez (PX) casks offers several benefits. They impart rich, sweet flavors of dried fruits, chocolate, and caramel to the whisky, enhancing its complexity and depth. The casks can contribute a velvety texture and a smooth finish to the whisky. Lastly, PX casks often have a strong influence on the whisky’s color, giving it a deep, amber hue. CHAMPAGNE BARRIQUES
Finishing the maturation process of whisky in Champagne Barriques can impart several distinctive benefits. Firstly, it can infuse the whisky with subtle floral and fruity notes characteristic of champagne, adding complexity and elegance to its flavor profile. Secondly, Champagne Barriques often contribute a delicate effervescence or lightness to the whisky, enhancing its texture and mouthfeel.
